As a starter, for an easy and stress-free arrival, we can arrange a private transport service from the airport or train station directly to the apartment in a comfortable air-conditioned car.

To schedule your pickup, we will need all your flight or train information, including arrival date, time, airport or train station, flight or train number, departing from , airline or train type, etc..

Our driver will be waiting for you just outside the customs gate or on the arrival platform with a white board with your name on it, and on meeting, he will call our representative on his way to the apartment to ensure that we will be there to meet you.

This will also avoid you waiting in line for a taxi or taking the metro, which can be stressful and difficult with luggage.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you are not booking a transport service, you may still enter only an estimated time of arrival through the link above, which we greatly appreciate in order to organize our days.

Nevertheless, please do call within an hour or two before your arrival at the apartment as we have many other check-ins throughout the day. As soon as you call us we'll know you're on your way, and we will be too:

Regarding the security deposit, as written in your rental agreement, you have 2 options:

Option 1: Sign an authorization form to charge your credit card for an amount equal to the rental.

Option 2: Subscribe to our ADAR rental insurance which covers trip cancellation as well as damage in the apartment. In addition, we will have to take a print of your credit card on your arrival but it will not be charged like in the option 1.


From our experience, we strongly recommend to subscribe with our ADAR rental insurance for a worry-less stay. The rental insurance will cost you only 3.5% of the rental amount.
